Personally I think they're losing custom by not catering for the home user, currently there's very few good backup solutions on the market. The tone of the conversation quickly changed and he seemed eager to end the call. The guy asked how I was getting on with my trial and if I was considering buying a licence for my business? I mentioned that I was a home user and didn't have a business though having used Ghost 15 and it's predecessors for a number of years I would be buying a licence shortly.
